I am Alison Niddrie, a therapist and coach based in the historic city of Winchester, Hampshire. I specialise in a combination of Western and Eastern techniques that are used by my clients for a variety of reasons. Some use it alongside conventional medical care, to help them manage or cope with a specific physical, mental or emotional problem. Others use it as a means of relaxation, or to help maintain good health and a sense of general well-being.
